Routines troubleshooting

Diagnose and fix Delegate routine issues: routines that can't be found, missing inputs, partial failures, and scheduled runs that don't fire.

Routine nicht gefunden

Cause 1: It was removed, or you're looking in the wrong place.
Solution 1: Check the Routines section of the sidebar.

Cause 2: It was imported from a file that's no longer available.
Solution 2: Re-import it from the original file.

Fehlende erforderliche Eingabe

Cause 1: A parameter wasn't provided when running it.
Solution 1: Fill in every prompted input.

Cause 2: A scheduled run has no value for a required input.
Solution 2:

• Legen Sie einen festen Wert dafür fest.
• Oder bearbeiten Sie die Routine, um einen sinnvollen Standard zu geben.

Routine ist zwischendurch fehlgeschlagen

Cause 1: An action in the routine couldn't complete.
Solution 1:

1. Überprüfen Sie den Fehler in der Toolkarte.
2. Bestätigen Sie, dass alle Eingabedateien noch vorhanden und zugänglich sind.

Cause 2: A required connection is no longer active.
Solution 2:

1. Verbinden Sie es wieder.
2. Versuchen Sie es erneut.

Tipp:

If it's hard to tell where it's failing, run the routine in Guided mode to see exactly where it stops.

Geplante Routine wurde nicht ausgeführt

Cause 1: Delegate wasn't running at the scheduled time.
Solution 1: Check the machine wasn't asleep — schedules don't run while asleep.

Cause 2: A connection the routine depends on expired.
Solution 2:

1. Überprüfen Sie den Ausführungsstatus und den Verlauf unter „Geplante Routinen“ in der Seitenleiste.
2. Stellen Sie die Verbindung bei Bedarf erneut her.
