Description

Waits for a file to be updated in the selected user location and resumes the workflow.

Configuration

• Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint connection - The connection for the Microsoft 365 account to use in the activity.
• In location - The OneDrive location of the file. Click the Folder icon to browse available folders. Use the See more button to switch to other input modes:
  • Enter ID option:
    • Folder ID - The ID of the folder of interest. This property supports String type input.
    • SharePoint site address - The URL of the SharePoint site. Open your SharePoint site in a browser and retrieve the URL, e.g., https://yourCompany.sharepoint.com/sites/Marketing. This property supports String type input.
    • SharePoint document library - The document library within the indicated SharePoint site that contains the file or folder. Open your SharePoint site in a browser, go to the Documents tab, then retrieve the URL, e.g., https://yourCompany.sharepoint.com/sites/Marketing/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx. This property supports String type input.
  • Enter URL option:
    • Folder URL - The URL of the folder of interest. This property supports String type input.
  • Use Folder Variable option:
    • Item - Select a folder variable.
  • Relative Path option:
    • Parent folder - Specify the parent folder. Click the Folder icon to browse available folders.
    • Relative folder path - Specify the relative path to the parent folder. This property supports String type input.

  • Select the Reload File Data option if you've modified your folders and need to retrieve the latest data.

• Additional filters - Configure additional criteria to check on the created file.

Additional properties

Output

• File - The updated file.

• Job Data - Contains job info, such as Process name, Process version, Workflow name, Robot name, and mode of execution.
