Turn On Automatic Replies

Description

Activates and configures the Send automatic replies feature to notify others that you are out of office. If the Out of Office is already turned on and the activity also turns it on, it updates the Out of Office settings.

This activity requires the following scopes:

  • MailboxSettings.ReadWrite

Configuration

  • Microsoft Outlook 365 connection - The connection for the Microsoft 365 account to use in the activity.
  • Start time - Select when the Out of Office should be turned on. If this field is empty, the Out of Office setting is turned on immediately. Use the calendar widget to select a date and time. This field supports DateTimeOffset type input.
  • End time - - Select when the Out of Office should end. If this field is empty, the Out of Office setting is turned on indefinitely. Use the calendar widget to select a date and time. This field supports DateTimeOffset type input.
  • Automatic replies message inside organization - Insert the automatic reply message to be sent inside your organization. If the field is empty, the message set in Outlook will be used instead. This field supports String type input.
  • Send replies outside user organization - Set if the automatic replies can be sent outside the user organization. Boolean value. Default value: False.
