Description

Defines a reply to an event invitation.

Scopes

This activity requires the following scopes:

  • Calendars.ReadWrite

OR

  • Calendars.ReadWrite.Shared

Configuration

  • Microsoft Outlook 365 connection - The connection for the Microsoft 365 account to use in the activity.
  • Event to reply - The event's invitation to which to reply. This property supports String variables and string formatted values.
  • Response - The response status sent to the organizer of the event: Accept, Tentatively Accept, Decline. If you select Tentatively Accept or Decline, the following fields become available:

    • New start date and time - The event's new proposed start date and time. If left blank, the existing value is not updated. This property supports DateTime variables and DateTime formatted values (MM/DD/YYYY Hour:Minute:Seconds, e.g., 01/10/2023 12:00:00).
    • New end date and time - The event's new proposed end date and time. If left blank, the existing value is not updated. This property supports DateTime variables and DateTime formatted values (MM/DD/YYYY Hour:Minute:Seconds, e.g., 01/10/2023 12:00:00).
    • New timezone - The new time zone proposed for the event. If left blank, the existing value is not updated. This property supports String variables and string formatted values.
Additional options

Input

  • Apply on all occurrences - This property supports Boolean values. Set to True to update all occurrences of the event with the same response.
  • Send response notification - This property supports Boolean values. Set to True to notify the event's organizer of the response status.
  • Comment - The message sent to the event's organizer along with the response status. The message is not sent when Send response notification is set to False. This property supports String variables and string formatted values.
