Get Drive Labels

UiPath.GSuite.Activities.GetDriveLabelConnections

Gets Drive labels with empty fields, to be used dynamically in the Apply File Labels activity.

Labels are not supported for the following file types: Folders, Links, Shared Drives, Files, and Shortcuts owned by another organisation.

Note:
This activity can be used if you create the Google Drive connection using the Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app authentication method and define a drive.labels.readonly scope. If you want to use the public UiPath application, add the activity inside Google Workspace Scope and select the drive.labels.readonly scope.
Scopes

This activity requires the following scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive AND https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.labels.readonly

OR

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive AND https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.labels

Configuration

  • Google Drive connection - The connection for the Google Workspace account to use in the activity.
  • Drive labels type - The types of drive labels to be retrieved. Select one of the available options from the dropdown menu: All labels, Badged Label, Standard Label.
  • Additional filters - Click this field to open the Filter builder and add additional filters for the query. Supports filtering on the following fields: Name, LastModifiedDateTime.
Output
  • Labels - The list of labels retrieved, stored in a List<GDriveLabel> output variable.
Note:

The Google Drive API doesn’t support labels in a published-draft status.
