Replies to a specific email.

  • Mail.ReadWrite AND Mail.Send AND User.Read

Configuration

  • Microsoft Outlook 365 connection - The connection for the Microsoft 365 account to use in the activity.
  • Use shared mailbox - Set the toggle to On if you want to use a shared mailbox. Default value is Off.

    • Reply as - The email address of a user or a shared mailboxto reply from.
  • Email to reply - The email to which to reply. This field accepts Office365Message variables. Use the See more button menu to use a variable as the input mode.
  • Body - The body of the email. Use the editor to enter and edit text. This property supports String variables and string formatted values.
  • Reply to all - Boolean value. Set to True to send the reply to all the recipients of the initial email.
  • Save as draft - Boolean value. Set to True to save the email as a draft instead of being sent.
Additional options

Input

  • Reply as - The email address of a user or the shared mailbox from which to reply. This property supports String variables and string formatted values.
  • Attachment(s) - The attachments to be added to the email message. Use the See more docs image button menu to switch to other input modes: Build a collection of attachments or Use variable. This field supports IResource input.
  • New subject - The new subject of the reply email. If left blank, the initial subject of the email is used. This property supports String variables and string formatted values.
  • Importance - The predefined priority of the email: Low, Normal, High.

Recipients

  • To - The additional primary recipients of the email, separated by pressing the Enter or Tab key. This property supports String[] variables and string array formatted values.
  • CC - The additional secondary recipients of the email, separated by pressing the Enter or Tab key. This property supports String[] variables and string array formatted values.
  • BCC - The additional hidden recipients of the email, separated by pressing the Enter or Tab key. This property supports String[] variables and string array formatted values.
