共享和协作项目

与团队成员、卓越中心成员或其他协作者共享 Studio Web 项目，共同构建自动化。

通过与他人共享项目，组织的不同成员可以协作构建自动化。使用相同应用程序的同事可以共享项目，以互相帮助设计自动化，或者您可以与卓越中心 (CoE) 团队的成员共享自动化，以获得帮助，排除可能的错误和优化自动化。

Studio Web 项目与 StudioX 和 Studio 兼容，因此用户可以在其选择的 Studio 中协作处理共享项目。 您也可以从 Studio Web 项目开始，在 Studio Desktop 中将其转换为 Windows 兼容性项目，然后将桌面应用程序中执行的任务添加到自动化中。

共享项目时：

• 只有项目的所有者才能将其删除。
• 只有项目的所有者才能取消共享（停止与共享项目的人共享项目）。
• Users with edit access can re-share the project (share it with someone it is not shared with). Users with view-only access cannot re-share the project.
• Only one user can edit a shared project at a time. If a user is working on a shared project, the project is locked by that user, and a Locked by you status indicator is displayed at the top of the designer, along with an Edit button. The lock is lifted when the user who holds the lock exits the project or when the user makes no edits in the project for 15 minutes.

• You can share a project with edit access (the default) or view-only access. Users with view-only access can open and inspect the project but cannot make changes to it.

要共享项目：

2. In the Search by name or email field, enter the name or email address of a user or group and select from the list of suggestions, or enter email addresses separated by comma or semicolon. When you share a project with a group, the project is shared with all the members of that group.
3. For each user or group, select the access level to grant:
   • Can edit - Full access to modify and share.
   • Can view - Read-only access.
4. 选择“保存”。

在项目列表中，共享项目的所有者旁边会显示 图标。如果您是项目的所有者，则所有者将显示为我本人。如果某个项目归他人所有并与您共享，则用户将显示为该项目的所有者。

要取消共享您拥有的项目，请执行以下操作：

1. 请执行以下任一操作：
   • 在“工作区”页面中，选择“查看更多” > 在项目的右侧共享。
   • 在项目内部，选择页面右上角的“共享” 。打开“共享项目”窗口。系统将显示当前共享项目的用户和组的列表。
2. 选择要停止与之共享项目的每个用户或组旁边的“删除” 。
3. 选择“保存” 。对于已取消共享项目的用户，该项目将从项目列表中删除。
