API 工作流可帮助您通过 API 构建、管理和扩展实时的系统到系统集成。

API 工作流基于完全由云管理的 Serverless 基础架构，该基础架构集成到 UiPath Platform 中，提供工具、性能和组织级别的监管，可快速安全地执行基于 API 的流程，而无需手动管理基础架构。

API 工作流满足组织中不同角色的需求：自动化开发者可以链接 API 调用并转换数据，平台管理员可以管理和保护集成，而系统架构师可以设计作为可重用 API 公开的组合服务。

例如：

• 作为自动化开发者，您可以构建工作流，以自动处理订单，在 CRM 和 ERP 系统之间同步客户数据或根据实时事件触发通知。
• 作为平台管理员，您可以集中管理集成或监控性能，而无需管理基础架构或担心运行时环境。
• 作为系统架构师，您可以将复杂的业务逻辑抽象为可重用的安全 API，将其用作模块化构建块，从而简化系统集成和数据保护。

IP 允许列表

Communication within the UiPath platform is already secured and does not require separate allowlisting by customers.

Allowlisting is required only when API workflows communicate externally. Serverless robots and Integration Service send requests to systems outside the UiPath platform, so external endpoints must recognize their outbound IP addresses.

Which outbound path applies depends on how the external call is made:

Add the following IP addresses to your allowlist to support external communication:

• Serverless static IPs—Allow Automation Cloud - Serverless robots to run API workflows and communicate with external endpoints.
• Integration Service IPs—Enable API workflows to communicate with external systems through Integration Service.
