根据项目创建模板

Studio Web 附带各种内置模板，可帮助用户开始使用自动化。此外，您可以在任何项目中创建自定义模板，您组织中的用户可以将该模板用作自动化的起点。

备注：

只有具有 Studio Web Administrator 或组织模板作者角色的用户才能创建和管理自定义模板。

要根据项目创建模板，请执行以下操作：

1. 在 Studio Web 中打开项目。
2. 在项目设计器的右上角，单击“提交为模板” 。
3. 输入模板的名称和说明，然后选择“创建” 。

模板将被添加到组织中所有用户的模板页面。

编辑模板的工作流

创建模板后，您可以编辑工作流并保存更新的模板。

1. 转到 Studio Web 中的“模板”页面。
2. On the template you want to edit, select More actions > Edit workflow. The template opens in the project designer.
3. 根据需要编辑工作流。
4. 完成编辑后，选择设计区域上方的“更新模板” 。
5. （可选）编辑模板的名称或说明，然后选择“更新”以保存更改。系统会根据您的更改更新模板。

升级或降级模板

默认情况下，创建自定义模板时，组织中的所有用户都可以使用该模板。要使其仅对您可用，您可以将其降级为用户级别。然后，如果您想再次将其提供给所有用户，则可以将其提升到组织级别。

要将组织级别的模板降级为用户级别，请执行以下操作：

1. 转到 Studio Web 中的“模板”页面。
2. On the template you want to demote, select More actions > Demote to User level. The template is removed from the templates page for all users except you.

要将用户级别的模板提升到组织级别，请执行以下操作：

1. 转到 Studio Web 中的“模板”页面。
2. On the template you want to promote, select More actions > Promote to Organization level. A duplicate of the template is created and added to the templates page for all the users in the organization, while the user-level template is also preserved.

删除模板

1. 转到 Studio Web 中的“模板”页面。
2. On the template you want to delete, select More actions > Delete, and then select Delete again to confirm. The template is removed from the templates page for all the users to which it was available.
