查看部署

“部署”部分显示您发布到个人工作区订阅源的自动化版本。该部分还显示您和其他人在当前所选租户中您有权访问的 Orchestrator 文件夹中发布的共享自动化版本。

系统将显示每个部署的以下信息：流程名称、发布时间、版本以及发布自动化的 Orchestrator 文件夹。 您还可以刷新部署列表，并按位置对其进行筛选。

To start a manual or scheduled automation, select the Run button on the right of the deployment. If an automation is triggered by an event, the icon is displayed and you can't manually start it.

Select the See more menu on the right side of a deployment to view its details and configuration options in a new, resizable window on the right of the page:

使您能够配置要使用的数据（如果适用）：

• 自动化中定义的输入参数。 如果自动化使用时间触发器，则仅在手动运行自动化时才会应用提供的输入参数值。

• 具有用户级别设置的连接和活动属性，您可以配置这些设置，以便使用您的数据运行自动化。 例如，在涉及 SharePoint 列表和 Outlook 电子邮件中的项目的自动化中，您可以选择 SharePoint 和 Outlook 连接，以及要使用的 SharePoint 列表。

  

对于既不包含用户级别设置的属性，也不包含输入参数的自动化，不会显示该选项卡。

显示有关自动化的以下信息：

• 描述

• Apps used. For automations triggered by an event, the icon is displayed next to the app containing the event that triggers the automation.

• 上次运行自动化的时间

• 上次发布自动化的时间

• 上次发布版本

• 发布自动化的 Orchestrator 文件夹

• 触发器类型（手动、时间或事件）

  

Additional options are available in the See more menu;

• “显示作业历史记录” - 打开此特定自动化版本的“作业”页面。
• 查看此版本- 在 Studio Web 中以只读模式打开此版本的自动化。
• 在 Orchestrator 中查看- 在 Orchestrator 中查看和管理您的部署。有关更多信息，请参阅 Orchestrator 指南中的管理流程。
• 删除个人自动化- 删除部署及其相应的作业。
