如果您的公司限制仅访问允许的网站，您必须允许根据您使用的 UiPath 产品和每个产品的方案访问必要的域。如果您不允许访问所需的域，则 Automation Cloud TM可能无法正常运行。

重要提示：如果您的组织或租户迁移到新区域，则还必须允许该区域的出站 IP 地址，否则，您可能会遇到某些服务功能缺失的情况。

即将出站的 IP 地址

多个 UiPath 服务当前使用的出站 IP 地址将于 2026 年 1 月 26 日删除。从 2025 年 10 月 15 日开始，您有 103 天的时间允许即将到来的 IP 连接到防火墙。受影响的服务包括：

  • Automation Cloud Portal
  • Apps
  • Automation Ops
  • AI Trust Layer，即自带 LLM 功能
  • Integration Service
  • Test Manager

您需要执行的操作

为了避免中断，您必须在 2026 年 1 月 26 日之前更新防火墙配置，方法是允许选择每个受影响的服务的“即将更新的 IP”列下列出的 IP 地址。

重要注意事项

Studio Web 中的 Apps 作为替代方案

Automation Cloud Robot - Serverless
