启用 Document Understanding™ 并创建项目

在 Automation Cloud 中启用 Document Understanding 并创建一个新项目，包括帐户先决条件和初始设置步骤。

启用 Document Understanding™

Document Understanding ^TM是 Automation Cloud ^TM中的一项服务。所有 Document Understanding 用户都需要拥有 Automation Cloud 帐户。

要开始使用 Document Understanding，您需要在特定的 Cloud 租户上启用它。

备注：

如果您使用传统项目或基于 AI Center 的项目，则还需要对租户启用 AI Center。

要在租户上启用 Document Understanding，请按照以下步骤操作：

1. 打开 Automation Cloud。
2. 前往“管理员”菜单。
3. 选择要在其上启用 Document Understanding 的租户。
4. 前往“服务” 。
5. 选择“Document Understanding”和“AI Center”卡中的三点“⋮”图标，然后选择“启用”以启用这两项服务。
   备注：

   要访问 AI Center，您需要将许可计划更改为企业试用版 或 企业试用版。有关更多信息，请查看AI Center用户指南。

创建新项目

在创建新项目之前，请通过阅读此简短教程来熟悉 Document Understanding。

使用 Document Understanding 创建新项目

1. 打开 Document Understanding

2. 单击“新建项目”按钮。

3. 填写所有必填字段，然后单击“创建” 。您现在拥有一个仅在 Document Understanding 中可用的新项目。

4. 打开新创建的项目，单击“新建”按钮，然后选择“使用半结构化 AI” 。系统将打开一个弹出窗口，要求您将项目链接到 AI Center。

5. 单击“确认”按钮以在 AI Center 中创建相同的项目。确认后，Document Understanding 中的项目会在其名称旁边收到“已链接到 AI Center 项目”图标。

   

新建文档类型

创建项目后，您可以根据项目需求开始创建新的文档类型。以下是创建新文档类型时需要遵循的步骤：

1. 打开您的项目，然后单击“新建项目”按钮。
2. 选择文档类型，使用 Forms AI（固定布局表单）或使用半结构化 AI 。在此示例中，我们使用半结构化 AI 文档类型。
3. 请按照以下说明导入数据。
