您可以使用“ 通知 设置”页面中的“ 我的通知” 视图来管理通知。请访问通知设置以了解更多信息。

Events

每当生成影响您的事件时，系统都会发送通知。生成通知的操作事件包括：

• 数据保留策略
  • “Insights 数据将被删除但可恢复”- Insights 会根据您的许可证保留政策通知您何时软删除您的数据。
  • “Insights 数据已删除但可恢复”- Insights 会在根据许可证保留政策软删除您的数据时通知您。
  • “Insights 数据将被删除且无法恢复”- Insights 会根据您的许可证保留政策通知您何时硬删除您的数据。
  • “Insights 数据已删除且无法恢复”- Insights 会在根据您的许可证保留政策硬删除您的数据时通知您。
  • “Insights 数据即将被删除且无法恢复”- 这是 90 天的定期通知，通知您组织的许可证保留策略时间之外的 Insights 数据每天都会被删除，并且无法恢复。
  • “Insights 数据保留政策已更改”- 在您的组织的许可证保留政策发生更改时通知您。

查看和访问通知

您只能通过通知面板访问通知。

要访问“通知”面板，请转到顶部导航栏，然后单击铃铛 图标。“通知”面板按日期降序显示通知。“通知”面板按最新到最旧的顺序显示通知。

要访问特定通知，请单击所需的通知范围。

查看和访问电子邮件通知

When an event that you are subscribed to takes place, an email notification is generated and sent to the email address that you used to create your Automation Cloud^TM™ account. To access the email notifications, check out the inbox of the email address where you know the notifications will be sent.

使用电子邮件通知，您可以执行以下 Actions：

• 阅读有关所发生事件的一般信息。
• 导航到发生事件的相应服务和租户。

仅显示未读通知

要显示未读通知，请在“ 通知 ”面板中选中“ 仅未读 ”复选框。

将所有通知标记为已读

要将所有通知标记为已读：

• 在 通知 面板中，选择“ 通知”面板 底部的 “对所有通知执行更多操作” ，然后选择“ 全部标记为已读” 。

清除所有通知

要清除“通知”面板中的所有通知，请执行以下操作：

• 在 通知面板 中，选择通知 面板 底部的 “对所有通知执行更多操作” ，然后选择“ 全部清除 ”。

删除通知

您可以单独删除通知。 要删除通知，请执行以下操作：

1. 转到通知面板中的通知，然后选择“对通知执行操作” 。
2. 选择“删除”。

选择“删除” 可永久删除通知。

订阅事件

您可以订阅某些事件以接收有关这些事件的通知。 在通知设置页面中订阅事件。 请访问通知设置以了解更多信息。

备注：

The Automation Cloud^TM column is visible for services with in-app notifications enabled. The Email column is visible for services with email notifications enabled.

订阅事件：

1. 转到通知设置页面。
2. Go to a service tab and then go to the Automation Cloud^TM or Email column.
3. 选中与要订阅的事件对应的复选框。
   If you want to receive both in-app and email notifications on an event, then select both checkboxes under Automation Cloud^TM and Email column.

订阅所有事件：

1. 转到通知设置页面。
2. Go to a service tab and then go to the Automation Cloud^TM or Email column.
3. Select the Automation Cloud^TM or Email checkbox to subscribe to notifications on all events.

取消订阅事件

要停止接收通知，您可以取消订阅某些事件。 您可以从“通知”面板或“通知设置”页面取消订阅事件。

备注：

The Automation Cloud^TM column is visible for services with in-app notifications enabled. The Email column is visible for services with email notifications enabled.

从“通知”面板取消订阅：

1. 访问通知面板。

3. 选择<event> “取消订阅 ”。

从“通知设置”页面取消订阅：

1. 转到通知设置页面。
2. Go to a service tab and then go to the Automation Cloud^TM column.

   If you want to unsubscribe from both in-app and email notifications for an event, then deselect both checkboxes under Automation Cloud^TM and Email.

取消订阅所有事件

1. 转到通知设置页面。
2. Go to a service tab and then go to the Automation Cloud^TM or Email column.
3. Deselect the Automation Cloud^TM or Email checkbox to unsubscribe from notifications about all events.

Warning: Unsubscribing from all the events of a service, via both Automation Cloud^TM and Email, generates the following warning: "You’re not subscribed to receive any notifications from this service."

The Restore default subscriptions option restores the default subscriptions for notifications received both on Automation Cloud^TM and Email.
