W9 -

概述

在美国所得税系统中，W-9 表格（或纳税人识别号和证明请求）由第三方使用，且该第三方必须向美国国税局 (IRS) 提交信息申报表。W-9 表格用于确认个人姓名、地址、TIN（纳税人识别号），以归档有关收入、房地产交易、财产收购、债务取消等信息。

此模型具有 17 个已定义字段，经过训练，可从表单中提取相关数据。

特殊性

该模型会自动检测以下数据：

• 名称、公司名称、税务类别、地址
• TIN：SSN、EIN；
