使用用于创建 Studio Web 工作流的提取自动化生成器来自动执行文档处理任务。您只需要文档，便可以使用建议的预配置活动。

Select the Quick start in Studio button from the main page of Document Understanding^TM for Automation Cloud^TM to upload a sample document to create a template automation in Studio Web.

启动新的提取自动化

执行以下步骤以启动新的提取自动化：

1. 上传文档。上传文档后，系统会自动检测文档类型，置信度为 0-100%。如果自动检测不正确，请手动选择文档类型。
   备注：

   Make sure that the document's format is either JPG, PDF, or PNG. The document can have a size of maximum 14 MB and 20 pages. Special characters, such as # or &, are not supported in the name of the file.

2. Expand the Optional configurations menu for advanced settings.
3. 添加自定义项目名称和说明（可选）。
4. 选择是否应验证提取的数据（可选）。
5. Select Create Workflow.

然后，您将被重定向到 Studio Web，您可以在其中进一步自定义工作流，或者直接运行工作流以在屏幕上查看提取的结果。

查看自动化

创建新工作流后，您可以通过执行以下步骤来查看它：

1. 访问 Studio Web。
2. Select the Projects tab.
3. 选择您的自动化项目。

打开后，您的项目应如下所示：

运行项目

您现在可以运行项目，以便提取和验证数据。

1. Select Run to run the project.

2. 打开 Actions Center，并将 Actions 分配给自己。 在您在 Actions Center 中完成任务之前，正在运行的工作流将暂停。

3. Select Resume to resume running your workflow.

4. 完成后，您可以在右侧面板中查看所有提取的数据。
