您可以为尚未拥有的服务申请免费试用，以评估它们是否对您的组织有用。

开始试用服务

Services available for a trial

These are the services for which you can request trials at the organization level:

• Automation Hub
• Process Mining
• Insights
• Automation Cloud Robots

For details on the benefits provided by each service trial, see the sections marked with Service trial available in Plan breakdown.

1. 转到“管理员”，如果尚未选择，请单击左侧面板顶部的组织名称。
2. 单击“许可证”。

   组织的“许可证”页面随即打开。

3. Along the top, select the Free Trials tab.
   备注：

   您每年只能为特定服务请求一次试用。

   如果您的组织需要重置此限制，请联系支持团队。

   “试用服务”选项卡中仅显示您尚未拥有的服务：

4. 在要试用的服务的卡片上，单击“开始试用”。

5. 查看法律条款。
6. 如果您同意这些条款，请单击“激活试用版”。

   Once requested, the service trial starts and is displayed under Current trials on the Trial Services tab.

7. 根据需要，通过编辑租户在租户上配置服务。
8. 为用户分配服务级别角色，以便他们可以访问新服务。

   有关新服务的角色及其分配方式的信息，请参阅管理服务级别角色。

试用到期

试用版将在请求日期后 60 天到期。

试用期到期时，该服务将在已启用该服务的所有租户上禁用。

在到期日期后 90 天时，如果该服务当时未获得许可，则与该服务相关的所有数据和资源都将被删除。

如果您在过期之前或删除数据之前购买了服务许可证，则该服务将成为您的许可计划的一部分，并且适用于特定的使用条款。
