Sharing a project
You can share the current project with other users in your organization to collaborate on the project. For example, if you are a Business Analyst and you want to collaborate on the project with a colleague Business Analyst.
When sharing the project, you can assign different roles to the invited users. This enables you to manage access for the current project.
You need to have the Project Admin or the Business Analyst role to share the project.

If you have the Project Admin role, you can share the project and assign Project Admin, Business Analyst, or Recording user roles.

If you have the Business Analyst role, you can share the project and assign the Business Analyst role.
Follow these steps to share the project.

From the Task Mining Projects page, open the Task Mining project you want to share.

Select the Share button in the upper right corner of the diagram window.
The Share project panel is displayed.

In the Add names field, enter the email address of the user you want to share the project with.

Select the role you want to assign to the user you share the project with.

If you select the Recording User role, provide a context description in the Recording context field to inform the recording user about the goal of the recording. For example, you can describe the scenario you want the user to record and add notes for the user to pay attention to when recording.

Select Share.
The user you shared the project with is listed on the Share project panel and an email with the project details is sent to the user.
