Assigning a different role to a project user

To manage access for the current project, you can assign a different role to an existing user.

Follow these steps to assign a different role to a project user.

1. Select the Share button in the upper right corner of the diagram window. The Share project panel is displayed, listing the current project users.
2. Locate the user you want to assign a different project-level role.
3. Select the Type to open the list of available roles.
4. Select the role you want to assign to the user.
5. Select Share.

The new role is displayed for the user on the Share project panel and an email with the updated project details is sent to the user.
