Managing solutions

Solutions management in Studio Web, including Automation Hub idea linking, solution properties, and workspace-level solution actions.

Linked Automation Hub idea

When an Automation Hub idea is linked to your solution, the linked idea appears in the Solution Properties panel in Studio Web. You can select the idea to open its profile directly in Automation Hub.

Other solution actions

In the Cloud Workspace page, you can select the See more button next to a solution to:

• Open your solution in read-only mode, to avoid making unintended changes while reviewing it. Once open, select Edit at the top of the page to switch to edit mode.
• Duplicate your solution.
• Share your solution. Collaborators are notified in the Notifications panel when you share a solution with them.
• Pin your solution to the top of the list.
• Open your solution in Studio Desktop.
• Save your solution locally on your machine. After the solution is saved, it appears in the Local Workspace page. If a folder with the same name already exists on the machine, you are asked if you want to overwrite its existing content with the content of the cloud solution.
• Download your solution as a .uis file.
• Delete your solution.
