Host Administration Portals
This page describes the various host-level portals available to system administrators, how to access them, and what settings are available in each.
In a standalone Orchestrator installation, system administrators have access to several interfaces for managing the host.
The host is the highest hierarchical level, the "root" if you will, in your Orchestrator installation. At the host level, you define global settings that are inherited by all the lower levels of the installation hierarchy, namely organizations and tenants.
The main portal in your standalone Orchestrator installation is the Identity Management portal (or Identity Hub). This portal displays all the apps in your installation that are currently integrated with the UiPath Identity Server.
You can access the Identity Management portal:
- from the Orchestrator host portal, by clicking Go to Identity Hub in the top right
-
by navigating directly to
https://
OrchestratorURL
/identity
and logging in to thehost
organization.
In the Identity Management portal, you can access your currently integrated apps. By default, these are:
-
Orchestrator: click to open the Orchestrator host portal, where you can view and manage your tenants.
Clicking Back to Orchestrator in the top right also opens the Orchestrator host portal.
- Management: click to open the host portal, where you can manage system administrators and other global settings.
We often refer to this portal as the host level of Orchestrator, or as the host portal in Orchestrator context.
This portal is where you can view and manage your:
-
tenants
-
licenses
-
Libraries (host feed)
- host-level settings.
You can access the Orchestrator host portal:
- from the Identity Management portal, by clicking Back to Orchestrator in the top right
-
by navigating directly to
https://
OrchestratorURL
/host
and logging in to thehost
organization.
The Management portal at the host level is where you can see and edit:
- system administrator accounts
- global authentication settings
- global system email settings
- customize the login page.
You can access the Management portal at the host level:
- from the Identity Management portal, by clicking Management in the list of apps
-
by navigating directly to
https://
OrchestratorURL
/identity/management
and logging in to thehost
organization.
