共有ネットワーク フォルダーを設定する

処理されたデータを収集および保存するには、企業アカウント管理者として共有ネットワーク フォルダーを設定する必要があります。

注:

Before setting a Shared Network Folder, make sure that users have permission to access and add/edit files in the space.

共有ネットワーク フォルダーを設定する

以下に、コンピューターに作成した共有フォルダーを使用した共有ネットワーク フォルダーの設定方法の例を示します。ただし、ローカル ネットワークのセキュリティで保護された共有ドライブを使用することをお勧めします。

1. フォルダーを作成します。

   

2. Click Share and choose Specific people.

   

3. Create a new user or use All and click Add.

   

4. ユーザーがフォルダーへの書き込み権限を持っていることを確認します。

   For this example click Permission Level, choose Read/Write and click Share.

   

5. Right-click the folder and select Copy Link.

   

コピーしたリンクを、JSON ファイルに必要な正しい形式に変更します。

1. クリップボードにコピーされる内容:
   • shared-folder (file://test-computer/shared-folder/)
2. JSON 用に変更:

• \\ est-computer\shared-folder
• 以下のように変更します。
• Web リンクからディレクトリ パスに変更する (スラッシュをバックスラッシュに変更し、「file:」を削除)。
• バックスラッシュを 2 つにする (JSON ではバックスラッシュを、特定の文字をエスケープするための特殊文字として読み取るため)。

パブリック フォルダーの共有を有効化する

次の手順を実行して、共有フォルダーをホストしているマシンでパブリック フォルダーの共有が有効化されていることを確認します。

1. Open Control Panel > Network > Internet\Network > Sharing Center.

2. Click Change advanced sharing settings in the left-hand side navigation.

3. Expand the All Networks section, click Turn on….

4. Click Save changes.

   

ネットワーク共有フォルダーを設定したら、以下を確認します。

• すべてのユーザーがそのフォルダーアクセスでき、ファイルへの書き込み権限を持っている。
• The setup is correctly configured. You can check this by sending a user invitation to yourself, install the Client App, and making sure the Network Shared Folder path is specified in the project settings. Start the recording and check if the files are being saved into the Network Shared Folder.
