概要

UiPath^® Data Fabric is a persistent data storage service that brings powerful no-code data modeling and storage capabilities to your Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects.

Data Fabric provides a business yet user-friendly service where you can securely store and manage your business data within UiPath:

• 無人のプロセスを実行して複数のシステムからデータを集約し、その後そのデータを別のシステムで使用する場合。
• 複数の有人・無人のプロセス間でデータを転送する必要のある、長期実行の業務プロセスでデータを使用する場合。

• The integration with Studio and Robot allows you to build automations leveraging capabilities, such as:

ユース ケース

The following list describes some of the most common use cases for Data Fabric:

従業員のニーズに関するデータをキャプチャする

従業員のニーズ (例: 机、椅子、Web カメラなど) に関するデータをキャプチャする新しいプロセスを作成する場合。

問題: データが大量になる可能性があるため、購買システム内でリクエストを作成する前にデータを保存しておく必要があります。

Solution: Instead of using a database, a file share, or cloud storages, you can store them in Data Fabric.

毎月の財務報告

毎月の財務報告のプロセスで複数のシステムから受注、請求書、支払いなどのデータを取得します。

問題: 有人ワークフローと無人ワークフローのいずれも、実行されるたびにそれらのデータを取得します。その場合、すべてのユーザーがすべてのバックエンド システムにアクセスおよび接続できるようにする必要があります。また、すべてのプロセスが完了する前に基になるデータが変更されると、レポートの遅延や不整合が発生する可能性があります。

Solution: You can write one unattended workflow to gather all the required data in Data Fabric. Then, all your other attended or unattended workflows can work with it. This may also eliminate the need for storing the aggregated critical business data in files on user or robot machines.

キューを使用するオーケストレーション プロセス

サプライヤーの請求書の支払いに関する人間とロボットとの対話型処理を伴い、キューを介してすべてのデータを転送するオーケストレーション プロセスを設計した場合。

Solution: You can store the invoices in Data Fabric, pass around the record ID via queues, and work with one version of the truth. You can also create new processes to provide full visibility on all invoices in your system from Data Fabric.

CRM に入力する前に顧客をレビューする

顧客関係管理 (CRM) システムに入力する顧客の 360 度ビューを事前に作成するための、無人業務プロセスを作成する場合。

問題: ワークフローには数十個、もしくは数百個の変数が含まれます。

Solution: You can model your customer entity in Data Fabric, import the definition in Studio, and work with a single variable in your workflows before dispersing it across your various systems of record. Data must not necessarily be stored in Data Fabric.

前提条件

To start using Data Fabric you first need an Automation Cloud account. For more information, refer to Automation Cloud Introduction.

UiPath^® Studio でエンティティを使用するには、次の要件を満たす必要があります。
