アクセス制御

Orchestrator のモダン フォルダーを使用すると、アクション、プロセス、ユーザーをコンテナー化できます。

By default, Actions are created inside the same folder as the process that generated them. Only the users added inside that folder can access the Actions, based on their roles and permissions, as follows:

• 指定したフォルダー内の未割り当てアクションが、複数のユーザーに表示されます。
• An Action User sees their assigned actions (inside the Pending tab) only.

注:

アクションがユーザーに割り当てられているとすぐに、アクションは [ 未割り当て ] タブから、割り当てられているユーザーの [保留中 ] タブに移動します。

• An Action Admin sees all Pending Actions and has the option to reassign them to other users, if needed.

特定のフォルダーにアクションをリダイレクトする

特定のアクションにアクセスできるユーザーをフォルダーを使用して制御するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. フォルダーを作成します。
2. アクションにアクセスする必要のあるユーザーまたはグループがフォルダーに割り当てられていることを確認します。
3. Studio のワークフロー内で [Orchestrator のフォルダー パス] プロパティを使用して、アクションの作成または割り当てを目的のフォルダーにリダイレクトします。

注:

[Orchestrator のフォルダー パス] プロパティは、[フォーム タスクを作成] や [タスクを割り当て] などのアクティビティにあります。

アクションの割り当て ([タスクを割り当て] アクティビティ) またはアクションの作成 ([フォーム タスクを作成] アクティビティ) を別のフォルダーにリダイレクトすると、フォルダーに特定のユーザーを追加したり、フォルダーから特定のユーザーを削除したりして、アクションにアクセスできるユーザーを制御することができます。

For a more granular user restriction, assign them specific roles and permissions inside the desired folder.
