Column Information

Please find below a list containing all the columns available in the table views from the Automation Pipeline module.

The order of columns is alphabetical, except for the first eight default columns.

Automation Name

Displays the name defined by the user in the Submit an idea.

Under the name, is displayed the date when the last update was performed on the automation.

Under "Last Modified" date, is displayed the date when the automation was submitted.

Displays the date when the last update was performed on the automation, in the mm/dd/yyyy format.

Displays the date when the automation was submitted in mm/dd/yyyy format.

A unique (alpha)numeric identifier manually assigned to the idea.

The priority level selected for an idea.

The company division/business unit assigned when adding a user.

The RPA Software Vendor selected when the Cost Benefit Analysis is performed.

License Type

Launch Date

Timestamp when the automation idea was moved to Live Phase and Status changed to In Production. Date can be overridden from the Cost Benefit Analysis page - Actual & New Estimate table.

Shows the path chosen to share the idea/automation in the platform, displaying all submission paths (Employee-driven, CoE-driven, Citizen Developer, Process Mining, Task Mining, Citizen Developer)

Selected submission type

Development Type

The development source selected for each idea.

Phase

The stage of the idea/automation providing information about its life cycle.

The status associated with the idea/automation phase providing a granular tracking of its life cycle.

Name of the Idea Approver and date when the idea was reviewed.

Published to Store

Available only for accounts that have migrated to the setup in Automation Suite and with Automation Store enabled. It shows if the automation has reached Live - In Production and has been published to the Store.

Collaborators

The users assigned as collaborators for the idea/automation.

Applications Used

The name of the application, the version, and language is displayed.

Idea Score

Represents an overall score indicating how good of a candidate the idea is for automation. It is computed based on the High-Level assessment answers.

Automation Potential

A percentage indicator computed to determine how much of the process can be successfully automated.

Revised Automation Potential

Reflects revised data from Cost Benefit Analysis page in Volume Split Estimations: Automation Potential value in Final After Automation column.

By default, it's populated with the value computed for the Automation Potential in the Detailed assessment. Users with editing rights can modify it.

Potential Benefit

KPI computed based on the Citizen Developer assessment, for automations shared via Share an Automation form.

Revised Benefit per company (hours saved/year)

Value calculated from Total Time to perform the work(AS IS) multiplied by the Revised Automation Potential. Where Total Time to perform the work(AS IS) value is taken from the Detailed Assessment.

Revised Benefit per employee (hours saved/year)

Value calculated by dividing the Revised Benefit per company (hours saved/year) by the Number of Employees. Where Number of employees value is taken from the Detailed Assessment.

Revised Benefit per company (FTEs)

Value calculated from FTEs Required multiplied by the Revised Automation Potential. Where FTEs Required value is taken from the Detailed Assessment.

Value calculated from Revised Benefit per company(FTEs) divided by the Number of Employees. Where Number of employees value is taken from the Detailed Assessment.

The number of robots estimated by the algorithm to be needed for automating the idea.

FTR Overridden

Represents the value overridden by user with editing rights in the Cost Benefit Analysis page for the estimated numbers of robots needed for automating the idea.

Revised Benefit per company (currency/year)

Value calculated from Total Cost(AS IS) multiplied by the Revised Automation Potential. Where Total Cost(AS IS) value is taken from the Detailed Assessment.

Revised Benefit per employee (currency/year)

Value calculated from Revised Benefit per company(currency/year) divided by Number of Employees. Where Number of employees value is taken from the Detailed Assessment.

Revised Ease of Implementation

Reflects the corresponding % as per the selection done in Cost Benefit Analysis:

for Easy → EOI value is 83%

for Medium → EOI value is 50%

for Difficult → EOI value is 18%

Else, if no selection was done, the system displays the EOI % computed by the Detailed Assessment algorithm.

The estimation of the implementation costs required for this idea.

Note: The values for Revised KPIs are populated in the Automation Pipeline only after editing and saving the Cost Benefit Analysis section within the Automation Profile page.
Note:

More columns that are part of the Detailed, High level , Citizen Developer and Change Request assessments can appear in the Automation Pipeline.

As long as a minimum of one idea is linked to a version of an assessment, then the questions part of that assessment are displayed as pipeline columns, showing the answers collected with that idea.
