Starting as an Authorized User

After successfully logging in, you, as an Authorized User, can explore the list of shared for your tenant.

You are encouraged to Share your own ideas because, being a Subject Matter Expert, Process Owner, RPA Business Analyst, or Process Consultant, you know the processes by heart.

Note: To share your ideas you can use the Submitting a CoE-driven IdeaCoE-driven functionality which allows you to directly fill in the Detailed Assessment during the submission process.

Besides ideas, you can also submit components that will boost the company’s RPA assimilation.

Within the Workspace OverviewWorkspace module, you can have a detailed view over:

• Your collaborations;
• Your components;
• The Automation Pipeline;
• The Ideas you follow.

By accessing the Explore OverviewExplore module you can:

• view the and choose to follow the ones that drow your attention,
• check out other colleagues’ profiles,
• check out and download the components submitted within your tenant,
• access the Leaderboard.
