April 2023
We’ve added a new widget to the Automation Cloud home page, that recommends the most popular Marketplace listings. As this widget learns your preferences, it will begin to tailor recommendations based on your selections. Find it in the Trending on Marketplace section of your home page.
We've added new widgets in Automation Cloud, to make the first run experience easier for organization stakeholders. The widgets are designed to help you understand the Automation Cloud capabilities that can benefit your organization, and they provide a guided journey through the most common scenarios, such as building a quick automation, or setting up your organization.
We are fully retiring the old admin experience and are moving forward with the improved admin experience that we introduced last year.
During the transition period, we provided the option to switch back to the old admin experience, but we hope that you have had time to become familiar with the new interface. Going forward, the old admin experience is no longer available.
- We have moved the Settings card to the last position in the organization and tenant Admin pages to ensure the card is always in a consistent location so you can find it easily.
- We have removed the tenant picker from the Admin pages since it was redundant. You can select the tenant from the navigation menu on the left, as before.
- The UI now preserves the context when you are switching between tenants. With this improvement, you can stay in the context of the current service when switching to a different tenant, provided the service is available there. If the service is not enabled for the selected tenant, a message is displayed indicating that it is not available.
When you purchase licenses online, you can now choose to pay using direct debit.
New customers can now choose from two payment options when purchasing a licensing plan online: card or direct debit.
For existing customers who have a Pro licensing plan, you can choose to change your preferred payment method to use direct debit for future payments.
At this time, direct debit is not available for customers from Japan, Canada, or Mexico. If your business is in one of these countries, you can only pay by card.
The date when a change is first announced in the release notes is the date when it first becomes available.
If you don't see the change yet, you can expect to see it soon, after we roll out changes to all the regions.
We recommend that you regularly check the deprecation timeline for any updates regarding features that will be deprecated and removed.
