Annual Payment Plan

Starting today, when purchasing licenses online, you can choose an annual payment plan which enables you to pay for an entire year's worth of Automation Cloud Pro services upfront at a discounted rate. Once the annual payment is selected, your account will be charged for the full year's subscription amount.

The monthly commitment option will continue to be available with a monthly payment plan.

The Admin home page

Automation Cloud admins now have their own personalized home page experience.

License usage graphs

Administrators can now see the usage trends of Document Understanding and Robot Units licenses on the Licenses > Robots & Services page of the Admin section, thus freeing up space on their home page.

When Can I See These Changes?

The date when a change is first announced in the release notes is the date when it first becomes available.

If you don't see the change yet, you can expect to see it soon, after we roll out changes to all the regions.
