要开始使用 Task Mining 服务，您需要检查是否满足以下先决条件：

• You have an Automation Cloud^TM account. See About Automation Cloud™ for more details.

• The Organization Admin from Automation Cloud^TMis the same as the Admin User set up in Task Mining.

• The users invited to participate in the recording process need to have an account set up in Automation Cloud^TM.

• Assisted Task Mining is available in Automation Cloud™, Unassisted Task Mining is available both in Automation Cloud™ and Automation Suite.

AI Unit

要使用 Unassisted Task Mining， 您的帐户需要有 AI Unit。 每次 分析运行 消耗 5,000 个 AI Unit。

您现在可以在租户级别分配和跟踪 AI Unit 的使用情况。 如果您为 Unassisted Task Mining 项目运行新分析，则它将在帐户级别消耗 AI Unit，直到您将 AI Unit 分配给运行分析的租户。

You can allocate AI Units to a tenant from the license allocation window corresponding to the desired tenant in the Automation Cloud^TM Admin section. See allocating licenses to a tenant.

默认情况下，为每个租户分配 0 个 AI Unit，并且所有 AI Unit 都从帐户池中使用。 要使用每个租户的 AI Unit，您可以将 AI Unit 分配给给定的租户。 租户将开始使用其租户池中的 AI Unit，直到余额达到 0，此时新的 Unassisted Task Mining 分析将失败。

Community and Enterprise trial licenses have limitations for automatic merges with Assisted Task Mining. See Auto merge.
