我的通知

您可以使用“ 通知 设置”页面上的“ 我的通知” 视图来管理通知。您可以通过“ 通知设置 ”访问“ 通知 设置”页面 “ 通知 ”面板上的图标，或用户帐户菜单中的 “首选项” 菜单选项。请访问通知设置以了解更多信息。

下面介绍了如何在通知面板和通知设置中查看和管理通知，以及可以订阅的通知事件。

Events

Whenever an event that applies to your Automation Cloud^TM account occurs, a notification is sent. You can subscribe to the following events that are specific for Task Mining:

查看和访问通知

您只能通过通知面板访问通知。

如要访问“通知”面板，请转到顶部导航栏，然后单击铃铛图标图标。 “通知”面板按日期降序显示通知。 “通知”面板按最新到最旧的顺序显示通知。

要访问特定通知，请单击所需的通知范围。

筛选通知

在通知面板中时，您可以进一步筛选通知，以便优先查看某些通知。 要筛选您在通知面板中收到的通知，请执行以下操作：

1. 打开通知面板。
2. 选择“服务”下拉列表，然后选择要查看其通知的服务。
3. 选择“严重性”下拉列表，然后选择要查看的通知的严重性。

查看和访问电子邮件通知

When an event that you are subscribed to takes place, an email notification is generated and sent to the email address that you used to create your Automation Cloud^TM account.

使用电子邮件通知，您可以执行以下 Actions：

• 阅读有关所发生事件的一般信息。
• 导航到发生事件的相应服务和租户。

启用电子邮件通知

要启用电子邮件通知，您必须配置自定义 SMTP 服务器。访问使用自定义电子邮件设置配置电子邮件通知，为您的组织配置自定义 SMTP 服务器。

仅显示未读通知

要显示未读通知，请在“ 通知 ”面板中选中“ 仅未读 ”复选框。

将通知标记为已读或未读

要将通知标记为已读，请执行以下操作：

• 在通知面板中，找到要标记为已读的通知。

• 选择通知右上角的“标记为已读”图标。

要将通知标记为未读，请执行以下操作：

• 在“通知”面板中，找到要标记为未读的通知。

  通知右上角将显示“标记为未读”图标。

• 选择“标记为未读” 图标，将通知标记为未读。

将所有通知标记为已读

要将所有通知标记为已读：

• 在 通知 面板中，选择“ 通知”面板 底部的 “对所有通知执行更多操作” ，然后选择“ 全部标记为已读” 。

清除所有通知

要清除“通知”面板中的所有通知，请执行以下操作：

• 在 通知面板 中，选择通知 面板 底部的 “对所有通知执行更多操作” ，然后选择“ 全部清除 ”。

删除通知

您可以单独删除通知。 要删除通知，请执行以下操作：

1. 转到通知面板中的通知，然后选择“对通知执行操作” 。
2. 选择“删除”。

选择“删除” 可永久删除通知。

订阅事件

您可以订阅某些事件以接收有关这些事件的通知。 在通知设置页面中订阅事件。 请访问通知设置以了解更多信息。

备注：

The Automation Cloud^TM column is visible for services with in-app notifications enabled. The Email column is visible for services with email notifications enabled.

订阅事件：

1. 转到通知设置页面。
2. Go to a service tab and then go to the Automation Cloud^TM or Email column.
3. 选中与要订阅的事件对应的复选框。
   If you want to receive both in-app and email notifications on an event, then select both checkboxes under Automation Cloud^TM and Email column.

订阅所有事件：

1. 转到通知设置页面。
2. Go to a service tab and then go to the Automation Cloud^TM or Email column.
3. Select the Automation Cloud^TM or Email checkbox to subscribe to notifications on all events.

严重性

您还可以根据事件的严重性选择订阅事件。

根据严重性订阅事件

1. 在“通知设置”页面上，选择“严重性”选项按钮。

2. 选中与要订阅的事件的严重性对应的复选框。

备注：

这将自动选择与所选严重性类别相关的事件。

取消订阅事件

要停止接收通知，您可以取消订阅某些事件。 您可以从“通知”面板或“通知设置”页面取消订阅事件。

备注：

The Automation Cloud^TM column is visible for services with in-app notifications enabled. The Email column is visible for services with email notifications enabled.

从“通知”面板取消订阅：

1. 访问通知面板。

从“通知设置”页面取消订阅：

2. Go to a service tab and then go to the Automation Cloud^TM column.

   If you want to unsubscribe from both in-app and email notifications for an event, then deselect both checkboxes under Automation Cloud^TM and Email.

取消订阅所有事件

1. 转到通知设置页面。
2. Go to a service tab and then go to the Automation Cloud^TM or Email column.
3. Deselect the Automation Cloud^TM or Email checkbox to unsubscribe from notifications about all events.

Warning: Unsubscribing from all the events of a service, via both Automation Cloud^TM and Email, generates the following warning: "You’re not subscribed to receive any notifications from this service."

The Restore default subscriptions option restores the default subscriptions for notifications received both on Automation Cloud^TM and Email.
