了解平民开发者流程

平民开发者流程让组织内的用户能够共享有助他们完成日常任务的有人值守的自动化，并交由企业和卓越中心进行审核。特定角色和协作者角色可在自动化流程中提供帮助。此流程利用 Automation Hub 和 Studio 作为管理平民开发者自动化整个生命周期的主要工具。

平民开发者自动化是此流程的基础。这是现成的代码，适用于用户可以在 Automation Hub 中直接上传的简单或中等难度的低风险任务、活动或流程。

自动化提交流程是在围绕平民开发流程创建的专业角色和协作者角色的基础上制定。系统管理员可以召集专家组，并为他们分配特定的任务，以便向一般用户推广自动化流程。

Citizen Developer

A customised automation submission form is made available under the Share button and allows Citizen Developer Self Users as well as Citizen Developer Power Users to share their automations.

每个自动化都需要经过审核流程，然后才能广泛使用。平民开发者共享自动化后，系统会自动将其发送至包括以下阶段的审核流程：

1. 业务审核 – 由业务审核者完成；执行范围包括评估自动化是否有可能为更广泛的受众带来收益，并评估潜在消费者的兴趣。
2. 技术审核 - 由技术审核者完成；执行范围包括检查代码质量，并确认自动化是否已做好大规模应用的准备。

在实施之前，自动化可：

• 获得卓越中心批准：这意味着其开发类型会更改为“概念”。然后，会发送至 > 资格审查阶段“已批准”状态，在该状态中，将指定项目经理作为协作者，以便执行实施阶段所需的所有操作。
• 获得平民开发者批准：这意味着系统会将该自动化发送至 > 开发“尚未开始”状态。平民开发超级用户可访问“实施”视图，选中自动化并进行进一步开发。

To facilitate the review process, the Automation Pipeline module has now the following views:

• 全部：列表中包含所有阶段和状态的所有自动化。

• Review: a list containing automations in Idea, Assessment, Business Review, and Technical Review phases

• Decision Pipeline: a list containing automations in Technical Review phase and Rework Required status.

• Implementation: a list containing automations in Analysis, Solution Design, Development, Testing phases, or the ones in Qualification - Approved.

• Live: a list containing automations in Live phase.

The goal for each shared automation is to be made available in the Explore > Automation Program or in the Automation Store (for accounts that have migrated to the new Automation Cloud setup). In these pages users can request or get automations and integrate them in their day to day work.
