电子邮件类型

我们通过电子邮件，让您及时了解有关帐户、您在平台上的活动以及新功能的重要信息。

根据生成电子邮件的操作，电子邮件可以分为以下类别：

1. 注册电子邮件：

   • 欢迎您使用平台，并提供根据您的角色定制的启动工具包。
   • 确认您的身份以完成帐户注册。

2. 个人活动电子邮件：

   • 在向您分配任务时通知您。
   • 在添加到自动化/组件的注释中提到您时通知您。

3. 租户管理电子邮件：

   • 通知您租户定价计划已过期。

     备注：

     These emails are sent only to the Account Owner.

4. 平台上的用户活动：

   • 通知您租户中共享的新概念。

     备注：

     这些电子邮件仅发送给程序经理。

5. 平台更新电子邮件：使您及时了解每个平台版本中的平台改进情况。

   备注：

   • Personal activity emails and Tenant management emails preferences can be customized by accessing your profile icon > Email Settings.
   • Platform update emails are sent only to subscribed users. To subscribe to our Release Notes emails access the Release Notes folder from te documentation platform, enter your email address, check the Automation Hub box and click Subscribe.
