テナント レベルで権限を管理する

注:

This is only applicable for newly-created tenants. For existing tenants, check the Permissions section.

新しいロールとユーザーを作成する

1. UiPath AI Center にログインします。

2. Click on the three dots button (⁝) and choose Users Management from the drop-down menu.

   

3. [ユーザー管理] ページで [新規作成] をクリックして、新しいユーザーまたはグループを作成します。同時に複数のユーザーまたはグループを追加して、1 つまたは複数のロールを割り当てることができます。

   

4. [ユーザー/グループを追加] ページが表示されたら、ユーザーやグループを追加し、ロールを割り当てます。

   

5. [作成] をクリックすると、新しいユーザーまたはグループが作成されます。

6. [ユーザー管理] ページの [ロール] タブに移動します。

7. [新規作成] をクリックし、作成するロールに応じて [テナント ロール] または [プロジェクト ロール] を選択します。

   

8. 名前を入力して新しいロールを作成し、割り当てるプロジェクト レベルのアクセス制御を選択します。

   

9. [作成] をクリックすると、新しいロールが作成されます。

ユーザーを更新する

1. UiPath AI Center にログインします。

2. Click on the three dots button (⁝) and choose Users Management from the drop-down menu.

   

3. Click on the three dots button (⁝) next to the user or group you want to update and choose Edit from the drop-down list.

   

4. [ユーザーの割り当てを編集] ページが表示されたら、選択したユーザーに割り当てられたロールを更新できます。ロールの横のチェックボックスをオンにします。

   

5. [提出] をクリックします。

ユーザーを削除する

1. UiPath AI Center にログインします。

2. Click on the three dots button (⁝) and choose Users Management from the drop-down menu.

   

3. Click on the three dots button (⁝) next to the user or group you want to update and choose Delete from the drop-down list.

   

   注:

   ユーザーを削除すると、ロールのみがリストから削除されます。ユーザー名は、ロールが割り当てられていなくても引き続きリストに表示されます。
