Información general

El formulario I-9, oficialmente Verificación de Elegibilidad de Empleo, es un formulario del Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de los Estados Unidos y se utiliza para verificar la identidad y la autorización legal para trabajar de todos los empleados asalariados en los Estados Unidos.

El modelo puede extraer hasta 67 campos que pueden personalizarse según las necesidades de la empresa.

Particularidades

El modelo detecta automáticamente datos como:

• Nombre del empleado, apellidos, inicial del segundo nombre, dirección, fecha de nacimiento, SSN, correo electrónico, teléfono,
• Estado de nacionalidad,
• Revisión y verificación del empleador o representante autorizado: Denominación del documento, autoridad que lo expide, número del documento, fecha de vencimiento,
• Nueva verificación y recontratación: Nombre, apellidos, fecha de recontratación, denominación del documento, número del documento.

Extracted fields
