Setup and installation troubleshooting

Diagnose and fix Cartographer setup and installation issues: missing application context, website access errors, undetected browser extensions, and sign-in failures.

Cartographer doesn't see my applications

Cause 1: Screen Context is set to None.
Solution 1: Set it to something other than None, from the screen icon next to the chatbox.

Cause 2: On Windows, the screen-recording or UI automation permission wasn't accepted.
Solution 2:

1. Acepta el permiso.
2. Reinicia Cartographer.

Cause 3: On macOS, the screen recording or accessibility permission wasn't granted.
Solution 3:

Cause 1: The extension isn't installed or enabled.
Solution 1: Confirm it's installed and enabled. On Chrome, check chrome://extensions.

Cause 2: The browser hasn't picked it up yet.
Solution 2: Restart your browser after installing it.

No puedo iniciar sesión

Cause 1: Your account credentials are wrong.
Solution 1: Verify your UiPath account credentials.

Cause 2: Your organization uses SSO.
Solution 2: Make sure you're on the corporate network or VPN.

Cause 3: The wrong tenant is selected.
Solution 3: Confirm the correct tenant is selected.
