Register the Conversational Agents App
An inbound call carries no UiPath user identity. It runs under the Conversational Agents App, which must be registered before the call can reach your Flow's Orchestrator folder. Register it once per organization, as an organization administrator.
-
Go to Admin and select your organization at the top of the left panel.
-
Select External applications.
-
Open the App registrations tab.
-
Under Available applications, find the Conversational Agents App card, then select Register.
