Build in Maestro Flow (Preview)

Maestro Flow build path for modeling chat experiences with full control over routing, agent hand-off, and automation capabilities.

Use Maestro Flow to fully model the conversation's behavior and combine the chat with the rest of Flow's automation capabilities. This build path is necessary when you need more than a single-prompt agent — for example, routing between conversation paths, hand-off between specialist agents, deterministic (no-LLM) messages, and parallel automations while the chat continues.

Where to go next

Visit the Maestro Flow chat node documentation for instructions on how to build conversational Flows.

Whether you build your chat agent in Maestro Flow or in Agent Builder, both are exposed to your users in the same way — as a chattable Conversational Agent — in the Deployment channels.

The following pages apply to conversational chat agents regardless of build path:

  • Deployment — channel deployment, feature availability per channel, and configuration steps.
  • Licensing — pricing plans, consumption factors, and planning scenarios.
  • Observability — dashboard metrics, user-feedback review, and trace debugging.
