Managing memory spaces (Preview)
Memory spaces on the Agents page, with memory usage charts, the spaces agents share, and access to the memory items stored in each space.
The Memory spaces tab lists the memory spaces available in your tenant and is where stored memory items are inspected and maintained. A memory space holds what agents learn from past cases and from resolved escalations, and multiple agents can share one space. For details on what memory does and when to use it, refer to Agent memory.
The top of the page charts memory activity for the selected time range:
- Memory usage – The number of memory calls made over the interval.
- Top memory spaces – The most frequently used memory spaces, filtered to the top 5 or top 10.
The Memory spaces table lists each memory space with its folder and the time it was last used. Create memory space adds a space, and selecting a space opens its memory items.
For the setup procedure and how to manage memory items, refer to Configuring agent memory.
