已录制的应用

查看和管理可捕获用户所执行流程的应用程序列表。客户端应用程序仅记录这些应用程序的数据。

在“已录制的应用程序”部分下，通过添加应用程序或网站来创建“已录制的应用程序”列表。这是确保成功录制的必需步骤。“客户端应用程序”仅会记录这些应用程序和网站的数据。

以下是可用列表的概述：

• Globally for all users tab - the list of applications that are implemented and recorded for all the users. Once you set the list of the Recorded Apps, users cannot change it. However, they can request other applications to be added through the Client App.
  • “允许录制”- 将包含在录制中的应用程序和网站的列表。
  • “拒绝录制”- Task Capture 在录制时将忽略的应用程序和网站列表。
• On Individual Users' Request tab - the list of applications that users have requested to be recorded through the Client App > Recorded Apps > Add App.

将应用程序或网站添加到允许录制列表中

要将应用程序或网站添加到“对所有用户全局应用”列表的“允许录制”列表中，请使用“搜索”选项以确保尚未添加该应用程序，并按照下面列出的适用方案进行操作。

Perform the search on both the Globally for all users tab and the On individual Users' Request tab. See the illustration below for an example.

1. 转到“对所有用户全局应用”列表。
2. 单击

4. 输入您要允许录制的应用程序名称或网站域名，点击“添加”。有关示例，请参见下图。

For executables, make sure that the name you enter is the same as the file name of the executable, and that it is in the .exe format. For websites, make sure that you enter the correct domain name and the extension, for example, uipath.com. To find the correct executable name of an application, please refer to this article.

备注：

除非用户以管理员身份运行客户端应用程序，否则不会捕获需要操作系统管理员权限才能运行的应用程序。

将应用程序或网站添加到拒绝录制列表中

要将应用程序或网站添加到“对所有用户全局应用”列表的“拒绝录制”列表中，请使用“搜索”选项以确保尚未添加该应用程序，并按照下面列出的适用方案进行操作。

在“对所有用户全局应用”选项卡和“应单个用户请求”选项卡上执行搜索。

请按照以下步骤添加“应个人用户请求”选项卡上某个列表中的应用程序或网站：

1. 在列表中找到应用程序或网站，并单击选项按钮。
2. 单击

您还可以从“允许录制”列表中选择应用程序和/或网站，并将其移至“拒绝录制”列表。

请按照以下步骤添加“应个人用户请求”选项卡中不可用，并且在“对所有用户全局应用”选项卡上的“拒绝录制”列表中不可用的应用程序或网站。

1. 转到“对所有用户全局应用”列表。
2. 单击

4. 输入要拒绝录制的应用程序名称或网站域名，然后单击“添加”。

For executables, make sure that the name you enter is the same as the file name of the executable, and that it is in the .exe format. 删除应用程序

请按照以下步骤从“对所有用户全局应用”或“应个人用户请求”列表中“删除”应用程序。

1. 在列表中找到应用程序或网站，并单击选项按钮。

2. Click on .

3. 应用程序或网站已从列表中删除。

   重要提示：

   如果已录制的应用程序列表为空，系统会显示一个对话框，您可以在其中添加应用程序，也可以跳过并继续操作，但如果跳过此步骤，则不会记录任何步骤。 请参见下图。
