启用服务的先决条件

要开始使用 Task Mining 服务，您需要检查是否满足以下先决条件：

• You have an Automation Cloud^TM Public Sector account. Refer to About Automation Cloud™ for more details.
• You have an Automation Cloud^TM Public Sector account. Refer to About Automation Cloud™ for Public Sector for more details.
• The Organization Admin from Automation Cloud^TM Public Sectoris the same as the Admin User set up in Task Mining.
• The users invited to participate in the recording process need to have an account set up in Automation Cloud^TM Public Sector.
• Task Mining is available in Automation Cloud™, Unassisted Task Mining is available both in Automation Cloud™ and Automation Suite.
• Task Mining is available in Automation Cloud™ and Automation Cloud™ Public Sector, Unassisted Task Mining is available in Automation Cloud™, Automation Cloud™ Public Sector, and Automation Suite.

录制器客户端的硬件和软件要求

运行录制器应用程序的要求

网络连接	HTTPS 端口打开
处理器	最低 Intel i5 至 i7，4 核，已启用 AVX2 命令集，第 8 代以上。 建议使用 Intel i7、i9。
操作系统	完全支持 Windows 10 (x64) Windows 7 通常可以使用，但不建议使用

浏览器推荐

当最终用户生成数据时，以下浏览器可提供更高保真度的记录：

• Edge
• Mozilla Firefox
• Chrome

虚拟桌面基础架构 (VDI) 和 Citrix 用于统一录制器

• 需要隔离 VDI 环境中的 Windows 会话（每个用户有一个独立的操作系统）。

  • 要求每个用户都应拥有自己的用户配置文件。 这将分离用户并确保正确上传所有追踪。

• VDI 需要保持持久性（每个用户都有一台专用计算机，当用户注销或重新启动时，系统会保存配置和应用程序）。

• VDI 需要在操作系统级别生成鼠标输入和键盘输入，并且在整个电源开关周期中保持持久性。

• Windows 用户应具有对其配置文件文件夹的读/写权限。

已知限制：

• 不完全支持捕获虚拟环境。
• 虚拟机仅通过屏幕截图捕获，不包含任何元数据。
• 不支持并发 VDI 解决方案。

For best results, it's recommended that all target applications be installed on the VDI where the Task Mining agent is installed.
