Open file from PC

Click Open File from PC to use previously created files and update them as needed. This option is often used within the team as it enables employee cooperation. Files can be shared in order for each team member to add or update the information. To do this follow the below steps:

1. Click Open File from PC.

   
   

   

   
   

2. The Open a Process Document pop-up page is displayed. Select a file created with Task Capture.

   Note: Task Capture v21.4 supports .ssp and .ssg files and v20.11 supports .ssp, .ssg and .xaml files.
3. Click Open.
4. The process is displayed on the Task Capture Diagram editor page where you can edit it.
