Ferramenta de Diagnóstico

Observação: a ferramenta de diagnóstico só funciona após a instalação do aplicativo (etapa 5 da documentação). Inclua esse relatório em seu ticket de suporte.

Temos uma ferramenta de diagnóstico para ajudar você a verificar a integridade do AI Fabric e identificar problemas em sua instalação. Para executar esse diagnóstico, basta conectar-se ao seu host do AI Fabric e executar o seguinte comando:

Para instalações isoladas, se não for possível acessar a URL acima a partir da própria máquina, crie um novo arquivo generate-report.sh e copie o arquivo na pasta acima e, então, execute o comando:

bash generate-report.shbash generate-report.sh

Isso gerará um arquivo aifabric-diagnostics-latest.log (exemplo abaixo) com relatório sobre o status dos diferentes serviços do AI Fabric. Se as portas certas estiverem realmente abertas na máquina do AI Fabric, teste para carregar um arquivo e um pacote de ML; isso mostrará informações sobre seus certificados e o status da GPU.

Online

Acesse a UI do administrador (<machine-ip>:8800) e clique em Solução de problemas na barra de navegação superior. Clique no botão para gerar um novo pacote de suporte e, em seguida, baixe esse pacote.


Entre em contato com o suporte da UiPath; eles poderão resolver seu problema com o pacote fornecido.

Se, por algum motivo, criar um pacote de suporte a partir do console de administração não funcionar, use o comando abaixo para criar um pacote de suporte a partir do terminal Linux:

Gerenciador de Dados

Ao relatar problemas do Data Manager, inclua os logs gerados. Para recuperá-los, faça o seguinte:

  • Clique no ponto de interrogação no canto superior direito no Data Manager. O menu de ajuda do Data Manager é exibido.
  • Na seção Geração de relatórios de erros, clique em Coletar logs recentes para geração de relatórios de erros. A janela Logs recentes é exibida.

Mecanismos OCR

Ao relatar problemas do UiPath ou do OmniPage OCR, inclua os logs gerados. Para recuperá-los, faça o seguinte:

  • Execute o comando docker ps -a.
  • Copie a ID contida e, em seguida, execute o comando docker logs [container_id].
