To start using the Task Mining service you need to check that the following prerequisites are met:

• You have an Automation Cloud^TM Public Sector account. Refer to About Automation Cloud™ for more details.
• You have an Automation Cloud^TM Public Sector account. Refer to About Automation Cloud™ for Public Sector for more details.
• The Organization Admin from Automation Cloud^TM Public Sectoris the same as the Admin User set up in Task Mining.
• The users invited to participate in the recording process need to have an account set up in Automation Cloud^TM Public Sector.
• Task Mining is available in Automation Cloud™, Unassisted Task Mining is available both in Automation Cloud™ and Automation Suite.
• Task Mining is available in Automation Cloud™ and Automation Cloud™ Public Sector, Unassisted Task Mining is available in Automation Cloud™, Automation Cloud™ Public Sector, and Automation Suite.

レコーダー クライアントのハードウェアおよびソフトウェアの要件

レコーダー アプリケーションを実行するための要件

ネットワーク接続	HTTPS ポートが開いている
プロセッサ	最小 Intel i5 から i7、4 コア、AVX2 コマンド セット有効、第 8 世代以降 推奨インテル i7、i9
オペレーティング システム	Windows 10 (x64) に完全にサポート Windows 7 は多くの場合機能しますが、推奨されません。
RAM	最小 8 GB 16 GB を推奨
ストレージ (HDD)	最小 20 GB の空き領域 100 GB を推奨

ブラウザーの推奨事項

データを生成するエンドユーザーが以下のブラウザーを使用した場合、より忠実度の高いレコーディングが可能です。

• Edge
• Mozilla Firefox
• Chrome

仮想デスクトップ インフラストラクチャ (VDI) と統合レコーダー用の Citrix

• VDI 環境の Windows セッションは「隔離」されている (各ユーザーが独立した OS を使用する) 必要があります。

  • 各ユーザーに専用のユーザー プロファイルが必要です。これにより、ユーザーが分離され、すべてのトレースが正しくアップロードされます。

• VDI は永続的である (ユーザーごとに専用のマシンがあり、ユーザーがログオフまたは再起動したときに構成とアプリケーションが保存される) 必要があります。

• VDI は OS レベルでマウスとキーボードの入力を生成し、電源オン/オフのサイクルを通して持続的である必要があります。

• Windows ユーザーは、自身のプロファイル フォルダーに対する読み取り/書き込みアクセス権を持つ必要があります。

既知の制限事項:

• 仮想環境のキャプチャは完全にはサポートされていません。
• 仮想マシンはスクリーンショットのみ (メタデータなし) でキャプチャされます。
• 同時接続型の VDI ソリューションはサポートされていません。

注:

最適な結果を得るために、Task Mining エージェントがインストールされている VDI に対象のアプリケーションをすべてインストールすることをお勧めします。
