プロジェクトにアクティビティを追加する

Activities are executed in the order in which you add them to the project. To add an activity, click the Plus button in the location you want to add it in your workflow - before or after an existing activity, or inside a container activity.

新しいウィンドウが開き、利用可能なすべてのアクティビティがカテゴリ別にグループ化されて表示されます。たとえば、Google Workspace カテゴリには、Gmail、Google ドライブ、Google スプレッドシート、Google カレンダーの操作を自動化するアクティビティがすべてグループ化されます。一方、UI Automation には Web ページの操作を自動化できるアクティビティがすべて含まれます。

必要なアクティビティを見つけるには、実行する操作を検索して結果を確認するか、リストを参照して、必要とするカテゴリで利用可能なアクティビティを確認します。すべてのプロジェクトにわたって最近使用した、6 つのアクティビティとカテゴリが最初に表示されます。

アクティビティをカテゴリからプロジェクトに初めて追加すると、そのカテゴリのアクティビティ パッケージがプロジェクトにインストールされます。これには数秒かかる場合があります。その後、同じカテゴリの他のアクティビティを追加すると、ほぼ即座に追加されます。

The activities available in Studio Web are from official packages published and maintained by UiPath^®. If preview activities and packages are enabled by your administrator, Preview is displayed on the icon of pre-release packages and activities. Administrators can also enable the use of custom activities included in libraries published to the Orchestrator libraries feed.

Some activities packages (for example, UI Automation) contain activities that are only usable in Studio Desktop. You can recognize these activities by the Studio Desktop icon next to their name. To see these activities in the list of available activities, toggle the Show Studio Desktop activities button at the bottom of the window. Adding a Studio Desktop activity prompts you to open the project in Studio Desktop and converts the project to the Windows compatibility. Autopilot™ を使用してアクティビティを追加する

アクティビティを検索する際に、Autopilot™ を使用して、オートメーションの次のステップを生成できます。この機能にアクセスするには、実行したい操作の説明を検索バーに入力し、[Autopilot で生成] オプションをクリックするだけです。

新しいシーケンスがワークフローに追加され、入力した指示が含まれる注釈が追加されます。このシーケンスを保存して後で作業を再開することも、[生成] ボタンをクリックすることもできます。後者を選択すると、Autopilot が指示を分析して関連するアクティビティを特定し、アクティビティを論理的なシーケンスで追加します。指示が有効でない場合は、別の説明を試すように求められます。このプロセスの実行中に、プロセスをキャンセルして生成済みのシーケンスに戻ることができます。

指示の処理が完了すると、提案されたワークフローのプレビューがシーケンス内に作成されます。プレビューには、オートメーションで使用されるアクティビティが含まれ、それぞれにわかりやすい名前が付けられます。アクティビティにホバーすると、標準の名前が表示されます。

Autopilot によって作成された構成に満足できない場合は、最初の指示を調整できます。その場合、注釈内をクリックして説明を編集し、もう一度 [生成] ボタンを選択して新しいワークフロー プレビューを作成します。

ワークフローが期待どおりに動作することを確認したら、[確認] ボタンを選択し、Autopilot でワークフローを構築します。ワークフローを構築しない場合は、[キャンセル] ボタンを選択してプレビューを破棄します。 既定では、生成されたワークフローはシーケンスで囲まれたままになっているため、生成されたワークフローをさらに編集できます。

After the workflow is created, you can modify your instructions by clicking inside the sequence's annotation and repeating the process of generating a new workflow preview. If you wish to remove the sequence surrounding a generated workflow, select Actions next to the sequence's name and then the Ungroup option.

Apart from the new activity window, you can also use Autopilot to generate workflows from any sequence and scope activity, including sequences placed inside another sequence, by selecting Actions > Annotate with Autopilot.
