Upcoming deprecation of generic activities

The following generic activities, previously removed from the Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook 365, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets connectors on February 13, 2026, have been reinstated and will be deprecated:

• レコードを削除

There is no immediate impact on your automations. Existing workflows that use these activities will continue to run as expected.

For any updates on features that will be deprecated and removed, check the deprecation timeline.

Integration Service Connections now available in Orchestrator

We're excited to announce that Integration Service connections have moved to Orchestrator.

This enhancement centralizes the management of your connections, making it easier to configure, monitor, and secure connections.

Key improvements

This move brings several key advantages:

• Less context-switching

  You can now create assets, queues, triggers, and connections all in one place, without navigating to another left-hand menu. Fewer clicks, fewer page loads, and lower cognitive load lead to a smoother workflow.

• Easier troubleshooting

  When runs fail, you are already in Orchestrator reviewing jobs, queues, or logs. You can now view and manage the related connection in the same interface, reducing time to resolution.

• A consistent mental model

  Orchestrator already centralizes your resources. Managing connections alongside assets and triggers ensures a more intuitive and cohesive experience.

What's changing

This move brings the following changes:

• A dedicated Connections tab is now available in Orchestrator at folder level.
• All your existing Integration Service connections are available and manageable directly from Orchestrator.
• You can create, edit, and delete connections from the same interface.

Integration Service のコネクション管理機能の非推奨化予定

2026 年 3 月より、コネクションの管理と作成は Orchestrator に移行されます。オートメーションへの影響はありません。Integration Service で作成された既存のコネクションは、引き続き期待どおりに機能します。

今後、Integration Service のコネクタからの [構築] タブの削除予定

2026 年 3 月より、Integration Service の各コネクタの [ 構築 ] タブが利用できなくなります。

このタブに用意されているクイック アクションは利用できなくなりますが、次のようにオートメーションの構築への影響はありません。

• 引き続き Studio および Studio Web でプロジェクトを直接作成できます。
• テンプレートはこれまでどおり Studio Web で引き続き利用できます
• 既存のオートメーションとコネクションは、引き続き想定どおりに機能します。

Automation Cloud 製品ランチャーの Integration Service エントリの削除が予定されています

Integration Service のアセットの管理は Orchestrator に統合されます。Orchestrator は、Automation Cloud でオートメーション リソースを一元管理するための場所です。

この移行は、次のように 2025 年に始まり、2026 年末までに完了する予定です。

• 2025 年 4 月 - イベント トリガーの管理を Orchestrator に移行しました。
• 2026 年 3 月後半 - 接続の管理は Orchestrator に移行されます。
• 2026 年後半には、コネクタ ビルダーのエクスペリエンスが Studio Web に移行される予定です。

移行が完了すると、Integration Service のエントリが Automation Cloud の製品ランチャーから削除されます。
