- このページの情報は、Insights v2021.10 の公開後に HW/SW の仕様に関して発生した変更です。Insights v2021.10 では Windows マシンが 1 台必要ですが、Insights v2022.4 では Windows マシンと RHEL 8.2-8.5 の Linux マシンが 1 台ずつ必要になります。
- お客様が 4 月のリリースより前のバージョン (23.10.3、23.4.6 など) で GPG キーを使用している場合は、初期インストールを実行したのと同じアカウント/ユーザーを使用してアップグレードするか、新規インストールを実行する必要があります。
v2021.10 では、Insights の Windows マシンでは Looker の Linux コンテナーをホストする Docker が実行されていました。しかし、v2022 以降は、Windows OS に Linux コンテナーをネストするために使用するドライバー (LCOW) が、Microsoft によってエンタープライズ アプリケーションとしてサポートされなくなりました。その結果、デプロイ アーキテクチャを変更する必要が発生しました。現在は、2 台のマシン (UiPath Insights コンポーネントを実行する Windows マシン 1 台と Looker コンテナーを実行する Linux マシン 1 台) が必要です。この変更により、UiPath 製品の実行に必要なコンポーネントについて、OS ベンダーのエンタープライズ サポートが利用できるようになりました。Linux OS のサポート対象のバージョンは、Automation Suite がサポートするバージョンと同じです。

インストール パッケージを使用して Insights を最新バージョンにアップグレードできます。
If you're upgrading from 2021.10 to 2022.4, please review the 2022.4 cheat sheet for functionality and feature comparisons from previous product versions before upgrading to 2022.4.
2021.4 以前のバージョンからアップグレードする場合は、新しいバージョン (例: v2022.4) のインストールを完了し、カスタム式とダッシュボードの作成が完了するまで、Insights を有効化したままにしておいてください。
If you have a large database, consider manually indexing the RobotLog using a script. The installation might fail during the Insights Database migration if it has to index a large set of data.

v2021.4 以前のバージョンから v2022.4 にアップグレードする
v2021.4 以前のバージョンから v2022.4 にアップグレードするには、以下のチェックリストの項目を満たしていることを確認してください。

Insights のアンインストールおよび再インストール時の考慮事項
Insights を v2021.4 または v2021.10 から v2022.4 にアップグレードする場合は、以下のアクション項目を考慮してください。
Insights の新しいバージョンにアップグレードするには、最新のバージョンをインストールしてから、古いバージョンをアンインストールする必要があります。

Both the Orchestrator and Insights versions need to match. For example, if you have upgraded Orchestrator to 2022.4, you need to run the same 2022.4 version of Insights to establish proper communication between the two UiPath products.

Install the new Insights version on a separate machine from the existing installation.

Make sure you point Orchestrator to the new Insights Machine location. For this step, you need to provide a new Identity Installation Token. You can generate the installation token through UiPath Identity Management by logging in as the host tenant.
v2021.10.0 以降のバージョンからアップグレードする場合は、LookerPreInstallationTool を使用して Looker のボリュームをエクスポートし、Looker の初期化中にそれをインポートすることによって、古い Insights マシンからダッシュボードを移行します。
Keep in mind, if you install Insights 22.4 on a new machine, that after you set up a connection to the new version, you will no longer be able to access the old version of Insights.
新しいカスタム ダッシュボードと式に問題がなければ、古いバージョンの Insights をアンインストールできます。
Insights の新しいバージョンをインストールすると、以前のインストールにはデータが流れなくなります。
UiPath Insights のインストール パッケージを開き、ライセンス契約の内容に同意します。[Orchestrator の設定] にアクセスしたら、インストール トークンを [ID インストール トークン] に貼り付けます。
[アップグレード] をクリックして続行し、データベースをバックアップしたことを確認します。これでマシンに Insights がインストールされます。
Access to Insights is done through the Machine URL configured during installation.
If you are upgrading from 21.4 or an older version, you can use the old dashboards to create your custom formulas and dashboards in your new version of Insights, however, no new data will flow to these dashboards.
