Warning:
Microsoft will retire Exchange Web Services (EWS) for Exchange Online on October 1, 2026 (Microsoft announcement). We recommend switching your Exchange integrations to the Microsoft Graph API as soon as possible. For the migration steps, refer to the EWS to Microsoft Graph API migration guide.
This page explains the available options to get communications data in and out of Communications Mining™.
To manage integrations, go to the Administration page and select the Integrations tab in the UiPath® IXP service.
Note:
- Although integrations are part of the IXP Administration page, they are specific to Communications Mining projects.
- All data upload and download options described in the Common Integration Scenarios diagram require specific integration permissions. For more details, check Roles and their underlying permissions.
- The following data types are
supported:
- .eml
- .msg
- .pst
- .csv through the user interface
- anything uploaded via the API, including automations.
