Working Inside the Knowledge Tab

Searching for Materials

To search for materials, use the Search here bar, inside the Knowledge Base section.

Rechercher des articles

To search for articles, use the Search here bar, inside the Technical Solution Articles section.

Pour accéder à la section Articles sur les solutions techniques , cliquez ici.

Recherche de produits

To search for specific products and versions, use the Search here bar, inside the Product Downloads section.

Trier les produits

You can sort products inside the Product Downloads section, based on Recently Created and Recently Updated products.

To sort products, click the downward arrow next to Sort By and click a sorting option.

Téléchargement de produits

Pour télécharger un produit :

1. Go to the Product Downloads section.
2. Hover over a product frame and click the downward arrow .
3. Click the download icon next to the version of the product that you want to download.

Accéder aux notes de publication

Pour accéder aux notes de publication d'un produit :

1. Go to the Product Downloads section.
2. Hover over a product frame and click the downward arrow .
3. Click Release Notes next to the version of the product that you are interested in.
