• Are there any data retention policies in case of Insights? By default, there is no data retention for Automation Suite deployments.
• How often is the data refreshed? Data is refreshed every 24 hours.
• Is historical consumption data available in the dashboard? Data is only available following the release of the dashboard (July 2024), while the dashboard is still in public preview. If you need historical data, contact the UiPath Support team.
• Is the data available in the dashboard specific to a region? Yes, data displayed in the dashboard is limited to information from the same region as that of the organization. Make sure that the tenant consuming AI units is in the same region as the dashboard.

• What allocated AI units are included in the dashboard? The dashboard displays consumption data from one of the following:

Solución de problemas

El nombre de la automatización se muestra como Desconocido o N/A.

• If the value is displayed as Unknown, this means that there is no data for it. One potential cause could be an older Robot or activity package version or that data is in another region. Make sure that you are using the latest versions for UiPath Robot and activity packages.
• If the value is displayed as N/A, this indicates that it's not applicable because the operation was carried out outside of an automation or Orchestrator folder.

El nombre del tenant predeterminado se muestra como Desconocido

The default name of the tenant may be displayed as Unknown in the following scenarios:

• Si los datos pertenecen a una región diferente a la de la organización.
• Si los datos de consumo pertenecen a transacciones que faltan, como las que no tienen ID de trabajo.

Las métricas para mis habilidades de ML no están completas

Las AI Units consumidas por las habilidades ML AI Center , basadas en paquetes listos para usar que son anteriores a la versión 22.10, no se muestran en el panel. Solo se muestran las unidades de IA consumidas para la infraestructura. Las unidades de IA utilizadas para las habilidades de llamada no se rastrean y, por lo tanto, no se muestran en el panel.

Asegúrate de volver a implementar habilidades ML más antiguas para que se incluyan en el panel.

Nota:

Upgrading the ML packages version also implies retraining for retrainable models.

Faltan datos en el panel

Si te encuentras con que faltan datos en tu panel, puede deberse a una de las siguientes causas:

• Flujos de trabajo suspendidos, informando del consumo solo después de que hayan finalizado.
• El consumo en el nivel de la organización, como el uso de claves API como método de autenticación en los flujos de trabajo de IntelligentOCR, no se muestra en el nivel de tenant.

El valor de la carpeta de Orchestrator se muestra como Desconocido o N/A

If the value for Orchestrator folder is displayed as Unknown, it means that there is no related data. This could result from using an outdated Robot or activity package version, or if API Keys were used to access public endpoints, such as du.uipath.com/invoices.

Nota:

Asegúrate de utilizar las versiones más recientes para UiPath Robot y los paquetes de actividades.

The value is displayed as Unknown also in the case of suspended jobs. In this case, the entry is populated after the job resumes and the automation execution finishes.

If the value is displayed as N/A, this indicates that it's not applicable because the operation was carried out outside of an Orchestrator folder.
