Gestionar permisos en el ámbito del tenant

This is only applicable for newly-created tenants. For existing tenants, check the Permissions section.

Creating new roles and users

1. Inicia sesión en UiPath AI Center.

2. Click on the three dots button (⁝) and choose Users Management from the drop-down menu.

   

3. Haz clic en Crear nuevo para crear nuevos usuarios o grupos en la página de Gestión de usuarios. Puedes añadir varios usuarios o grupos al mismo tiempo y asignar uno o varios roles.

   

4. Cuando se muestra la página Añadir usuarios/grupos, puedes añadir usuarios y grupos, así como asignar roles.

   

5. Haz clic en Crear y se crea tu nuevo usuario o grupo.

6. Dirígete a la pestaña Roles en la página de Gestión de usuarios.

7. Haz clic en Crear nuevo y selecciona entre Rol de tenant y Rol de proyecto, dependiendo del rol que quieras crear.

   

8. Crea un rol nuevo proporcionando un nombre y selecciona el control de acceso a nivel de proyecto que quieras asignar.

   

9. Haz clic en Crear para crear el rol nuevo.

Updating a user

1. Inicia sesión en UiPath AI Center.

2. Click on the three dots button (⁝) and choose Users Management from the drop-down menu.

   

3. Click on the three dots button (⁝) next to the user or group you want to update and choose Edit from the drop-down list.

   

4. When the Edit user assignment page is displayed, you can update the roles assigned to the selected user by clicking on the checkboxes next to the role.

   

5. Haz clic en Enviar.

Deleting a user

1. Inicia sesión en UiPath AI Center.

2. Click on the three dots button (⁝) and choose Users Management from the drop-down menu.

   

3. Click on the three dots button (⁝) next to the user or group you want to update and choose Delete from the drop-down list.

   

   Nota:

   When deleting a user, only the roles are removed from the list. The username is still displayed in the list, even though it has no roles assigned.
