Create Document Validation Action

UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities.CreateDocumentClassificationAction

Creates an action of type Document Classification in Orchestrator Action Center. The output of the Create Document Classification Action activity can be used with the Wait for Document Classification Action and Resume activity to suspend and resume orchestration workflows upon human action completion in Action Center.

Aktionsdetails

• ActionCatalog - Specifies the name of the action catalog from Action Center. Make sure the action catalog exists prior to the action creation, otherwise action creation fails, resulting in an error. More information about Action catalogs can be found here. Mandatory.
• Aktionsordnerpfad – Gibt an, ob die Entität in einem anderen Verzeichnis als dem des aktuellen Prozesses für einen automatisch bereitgestellten Roboterbenutzer erstellt oder daraus abgefragt werden soll. Obligatorisch.
• ActionPriority – Gibt die Prioritätsstufe der Aktion an. Die möglichen Werte sind Niedrig, Mittel, Hoch und Kritisch. Der Standardwert ist Mittel. Dieses Feld akzeptiert nur Werte vom Typ UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities.Actions.Model.DocumentActionPriority.
• AktionsTitel – Der Titel der Aktion. Alle Aktionen müssen einen Titel zur Identifizierung bzw. zum Zugriff im Action Center und/oder Orchestrator haben. Obligatorisch.

Aktionsausgabe

• ActionObject - Provides the action object returned by Orchestrator. This action object should be passed in as an input to the Wait for Document Classification Action and Resume activity.

Allgemein

• BeiFehlerFortsetzen – Gibt an, ob die Automatisierung auch dann fortgesetzt werden soll, wenn die Aktivität einen Fehler ausgibt. Dieses Feld unterstützt nur boolesche Werte (True, False). Der Standardwert ist False. Wenn das Feld leer ist und ein Fehler ausgegeben wird, wird die Ausführung des Projekts angehalten. Wenn der Wert auf „True“ gesetzt ist, wird die Ausführung des Projekts ungeachtet eines Fehlers fortgesetzt.
• Anzeigename – Der Anzeigename der Aktivität.
• Timeout (milliseconds) - Specifies how long to wait (in milliseconds) for the activity to connect to Orchestrator before an error is thrown. The default value is 30000 milliseconds (30 sec). This field supports only integer and Int32 variables.

• AutomaticClassificationResults - The automatically generated classification results, stored in an ClassificationResult[] proprietary variable. If a variable is added to this field, the results of the automatic classification results are displayed, enabling you to review and modify them. If left empty, the Classification Station opens for the user to validate the data manually. This field supports only ClassificationResult[] variables. Mandatory.
• DocumentObjectModel - The Document Object Model you want to use to validate the document against. This model is stored in a Document variable and can be retrieved from the Digitize Document activity. Please see the documentation of the activity for more information on how to do this. This field supports only Document variables. Mandatory.
• DocumentPath - The path to the document you want to validate. This field supports only strings and String variables. Mandatory.
• DocumentText - The text of the document itself, stored in a String variable. This value can be retrieved from the Digitize Document activity. Please see the documentation of the activity for more information on how to do this. This field supports only strings and String variables. Mandatory.
• Taxonomy - The Taxonomy against which the document is to be processed, stored in a DocumentTaxonomy variable. This object can be obtained by using a Load Taxonomy activity or by deserializing a string into a DocumentTaxonomy object. This field supports only DocumentTaxonomy variables. Mandatory.

Sonstiges

• Privat (Private) - Bei Auswahl werden die Werte von Variablen und Argumenten nicht mehr auf der Stufe Verbose protokolliert.

Speicherdetails

• BucketVerzeichnisPfad – Der Pfad des Verzeichnisses innerhalb des Speicher-Buckets, in dem die im Rahmen der Aktion verwendeten Dateien gespeichert und abgerufen werden sollen. Dieses Feld unterstützt nur String-Werte mit / als Trennzeichen zur Angabe von Unterordnern. Beispiel: „Finanzen/Zahlungseingänge“.

• BucketName – Gibt den Namen eines vorhandenen Speicher-Buckets an, in dem die Aktion ihre Daten speichert.

  Hinweis:

  Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie alle erforderlichen Berechtigungen für Orchestrator aktiviert haben. Gehen Sie zu Ordnerberechtigungen für die Roboterrolle in Orchestrator und stellen Sie sicher, dass:

  • Für Berechtigungen für Speicherdateien werden die Optionen Create und Edit ausgewählt.
  • Für Speicher-Bucket- Berechtigungen wird die Option View ausgewählt.
  • Für Aktionsberechtigungen ist die Option Create ausgewählt.
